Stop by and Brag!

Well here it is folks! This long awaited section on the site is an open forum and gives you full bragging rights. I expect to see some great bragging out there. I encourage you to tell us a great course you’ve played on, a good joke you heard on the course, a question for fellow golfers or a great score you just shot. This forum is open to all and I encourage all to stop by and brag away! I will be leaving some brags myself as well as try to answer any questions that come in. All I ask is that we all be respectful of one another in our accomplishments.

For example if you are a scratch golfer let’s not be rude to the guy whom just started and is thrilled because he just shot his best score ever of 15 over par. We all love golf in this forum so all us already have that one thing in common.  Also let’s keep it clean. Golf is a great sport for all types of people so let’s be positive and keep this forum family friendly.

Well in the spirit of things I will start the bragging with telling you a few brags of my own. I have been lucky enough to go to the Firestone Invitational 3 times and stand 10 foot away from Tiger Woods when he won the tourney. I also got to play the Championship course just after the tournament was over with the bleachers still in their position. I will tell you what, that was pretty cool playing golf and feeling like a pro(even though my scorecard didn’t look like a pros by any means). Even though that was the toughest course I have ever played I still managed to birdie a hole!  If anyone ever gets the chance to play Firestone’s Championship course, then do it, because that course is absolutely perfection! The course does have a staggering price tag to play it but it is definitely a once in a lifetime experience!
